Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic School has special events planned for the week.  BIG NEWS!  AS WE BEGIN THIS SPECIAL WEEK. St. Mike’s is again nominated for BEST Private School Bucks County (5 years in a row!)      Greetings!  Here are the activities planned for our celebration of Catholic Schools Week 2023!

• January 30 Monday: “Catholic Schools: “Learn, Serve, Lead, Succeed”. Thank you Parents/Guardians Day ~ Thank you cards presented to our wonderful parents/guardians.  TY Parents/Guardians for all that you do for us!  Family Quilt additions given.  Student Principals for the Day.  Parent / Guardian Career Day Presentations this week!

• January 31  Tuesday: “Catholic Schools: “Learn, Serve, Lead, Succeed”. NEW! SMA Buddy Day! Do an activity with your buddies. GRADES: (PK3-5)  (PK4-4) (K-8) (1-2) (6 – 3) (3-7) SMA SOUPer Bowl Helps Needy Families!
• February 1 Wednesday: “Catholic Schools: “Learn, Serve, Lead, Succeed”.  Student Appreciation Day We honor our excellent students!  Dress Down Day: Green & Gold are the colors!  Every student will receive a CSW/SMA Eraser and new designed SMA car magnet.   NEW! Afternoon Board Game Contests & Flip Video Messages!
• February 2 Thursday: “Catholic Schools: “Learn, Serve, Lead, Succeed”.  Teacher & Staff Appreciation Day We honor and thank our awesome teachers!  Gift and lunch provided for SMA staff.
• February 3 Friday: “Catholic Schools: “Learn, Serve, Lead, and Succeed”. World Administration Appreciation Day ~ We honor Pope Francis!   We appreciate our Pastor, Father Dilorio. School Mass at 9:30.  11:30 Dismissal. (CARES IS AVAILABLE THIS DAY)

We want to make this Catholic Schools Week
a grand experience for all!

Additional Activities!
SMA SOUPer Bowl!
SMA School will begin collecting SOUP cans to donate for a SOUPer Bowl.  Begins Friday, 1/27/23.  The class that has highest percentage of soup cans per student wins.  Cans will be counted on Friday, 2/10/23. The winning classroom gets a pizza or ice cream bar party (their choice) Friday before the Super Bowl.

Bucks County Free Library, Levittown & Bensalem Branches SMA Assemblies! 2/2/2023 Thursday PreK - 4 (1:00 - 1:30) & Grades 5-8 (1:45 - 2:15) Darian Donachie Children's Services Librarian Bucks County Free Library, Levittown & Bensalem Branches Dear Mr. DiCicco, Hi, I’m Darian, the Children's Services Librarian at the Levittown Branch of the Bucks County Free Library. We love getting library cards into the hands of school students, and are working to make the library an accessible, welcoming place for children and their families. To meet that goal, we are hosting an online Library Card Registration Drive. I would love to come to your school to present to your school children all the details. Thank you! Darian Donachie
