Flynn & O'Hara School Uniforms Message UPDATE JULY 22 TY! Mr. "D"

Dear Partner School Administrators,

The back-to-school season is officially underway!  Our stores are bustling, and our fulfillment center is busy shipping orders for the start of the year.  Please review the following updates impacting uniform delivery this summer:

• Our distribution center continues to ship in-stock plain items, as well as products customized with a heat transfer in our standard 5-7 business day timeline.  Orders that include embroidered products may take 7-10 business days to process and ship.  If there are further changes to shipping times over the coming weeks, we will be sure to keep you informed here within our weekly email.
   
• While our July inventory position is typically well in excess of forecasted back-to-school demand, this year's supply chain challenges have delayed the arrival of some products.  The result is that we are seeing a higher volume of backorders earlier in the season.  The good news is that we are receiving products on a daily basis, and anticipate the majority of these backorders will ship to families before the start of the school year.  If we become aware that a product on your school's uniform contract might not be in stock by August 15, 2022, you will receive an email titled Delay Notification from this address.
   
• We are excited to see a large number of families shopping early this summer both online and in our stores!  As always, we encourage you to remind families to shop for their uniforms as soon as possible to ensure they'll have everything they need for the first day of classes.
