SMA Virtual Learning Plan 7th Grade 2020-2021
Teacher: Dianne Stout
Subject: 7th grade Math
Process: Some students will participate in Math class through Zoom/Google Meet while the teacher instructs her in-person students. Virtual students and in-person students will answer questions posed by the teacher during the lesson.
Be on time for class. Log in at least 5 minutes before the start of class. (Information will be posted on Google Classroom for log in and times.)
Be seated in your best “Learning Environment“ that is free from all distractions.
Have all your books and supplies readily available so you can be actively engaged with your class.
Assignments, projects, activities etc. are to be completed by the student and submitted on time. You must complete the same assignments at home that classmates will be doing in school.
Turn in work in the assigned format (a PDF should be returned as a PDF; Google Slides should be returned as Google Slides, etc.)
Please make sure you have eaten prior to our class. (Water bottle is permitted.)
If students are in the building and you are doing virtual lessons for an extended amount of time you may be asked to schedule a convenient time to pick up activities, notes, project materials and lab materials for you to have at home in order to stay engaged with the class lessons. You may also be asked to return your work and projects so the teacher can assess your learning and progress.
Students will be required to send pictures of the written work, complete it online using Kami and submit, or drop off the work. Turn in method will be explained with the directions for each assignment.
Communicate with your teachers using your school assigned email address.
