Dear friend, We wanted to reach out and let you know that all of us at FableVision Learning are thinking of you, your students, your colleagues, your families, and your communities during this challenging time. Together, we will get through this. As we like to say, “When the going gets tough, the creative get going.” We’ve compiled some resources to assist you and your students while in isolation.
First off, Peter H. Reynolds will be doing daily Facebook Live book readings at 12 noon EDT until this outbreak is over. These readings will be hosted on Peter’s Facebook page. Another great, free resource to enjoy is our collection of FableVision films for all ages - available on the website of our nonprofit The Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning and Creativity. These animated stories can be used to spark meaningful conversations about a range of topics from diversity and self-worth to creativity and innovative thinking. Follow us onFacebookor Twitter to stay updated on more resources that can help you better navigate the coming weeks.
Along with taking care of your students, we hope you can take advantage of the coming weeks to take care of your own creative spirit and well-being. Read more, draw, paint, play music, learn a new skill you’ve had on your bucket list - or simply take time to breathe deeply, and center yourself.
With our best wishes for your safety and good health, Peter & Paul and the FableVision Learning team
