Dear Parents / Guardians,
     Greetings! Thank you for re-enrolling at SMA school through our SMA continuous re-enrollment program! There is just one final step to finalize the registration for your child for the 2022/2023 school year. Please complete the attached form and send to the school office or rectory with a $125. 00 deposit or you can fill out the form and email / call Mrs Brown our business manager to charge the $125.00 using a credit card. (If you are in financial difficulty and need assistance, please let us know.)
We ask this to be completed by Thursday, March 31.

This will guarantee your child’s position in the grade for next year. If we do not receive it, others on the waiting list will be moved up. If you are not returning, please let us know.

I understand that the monthly payments will start September 15, 2022 and the last payment is due May 15, 2023.
