Student Transfer Grant Available for 2020/2021 School Year! Transfer Grant Program! SMA School applied for and was informed we were selected to participate in the Bishops’ Tuition Transfer Grant Program. (Only 20 Catholic schools from the entire Archdiocese were picked to be a part of this new transfer grant program!) How does the transfer program work? Any student from a public / charter school or non-Catholic school who transfers to Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic School (Grades 2-7) will receive a tuition grant discount of $1000.00 the first year, $500.00 the second year and $250.00 the third year. This year’s Green & Gold day was something everyone will remember!  Because of COVID-19, we had to make some adjustments.  Our virtual Green & Gold Day looked different than what we have grown used to. However, a little creativity goes a long way to keep school spirit alive and well while we stay home. Students created their own obstacle courses and held their own athletic activities with their families to continue our Green & Gold Day tradition. We received countless photos and videos of students celebrating at home, keeping the tradition alive in a new way.  Each year, we have green teams and gold teams competing against one another with one color coming out on top. It just so worked out this year that we had a tie between green and gold!  Whether together for this event, or celebrating at home, the St. Michael the Archangel community showed their support and spirit whole-heartedly. Thank you to all the students and parents who sent pictures and videos!
