I have been a member of the St. Michael the Archangel Family for over 30 years. I've taught grades 2, 3, 7, and 8, and was the vice principal of the school from '98 to '05. I then left my position as vice principal to become the principal of St. Bede the Venerable Elementary School for 3 years. However,I have recently returned to St. Michael to teach 8th grade, my first love.
I graduated from Holy Family University with a degree in Political Economy and teaching. My four children graduated from St. Michael's and now my grandchildren attend or have attended St. Mike's. My family and I believe in the importance of an education revolving around faith.
My first love in teaching is Social Studies. I enjoy teaching American History to the 7th
and 8th grades, as well as teaching 6th grade World History. I've always felt that I have an important role in the development of the students of tomorrow's world, who will undoubtably become tomorrow's leaders.
